Hatfield Marine Science Center Hatfield Marine Science Center- is the hub of Oregon State University's coastal research, teaching and marine extension activities. The Center houses marine-related research projects of OSU as well as the Coastal Oregon Marine Experiment Station, Coastal Oregon Productivity Enhancement Program, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Marine Fisheries Service and Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, Environmental Protection Agency, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and U.
